Arbiter is the online officials scheduling tool that we will be using for assigning ALL officials for the season. Each region will have an officials assignor:
Tri County- Kristen Del Grippo
South- Kathy Pugliese email@example.com
West - Karen Schnellenbach
East - Melissa Maiolino
The ONLY people who are to contact the officials assignors for any reason are the Bill To's-Main Club Contact. DO NOT contact the officials assignors unless there is a cancelation due to weather the morning of a game. IF there are any schedule changes you MUST email your scheduler AND your officials assignor for your region first. The change will be made in the PAGLA website and automatically gets changed in Arbiter when this happens.
You will NOT have an Arbiter Login until all "Bill To's" have been verified and you receive a welcome email from Arbiter.
What is a "Bill To"?
A "Bill To" is the main point of contact between the officials assignor and your club. This person will receive ALL of the emails from Arbiter which will contain all of your officials contact information.
